Kevin P. Regan established Regan Law Firm with his father, Tom, in October 2012. As a trial attorney, his experience in the courtroom is invaluable to his clients. He guides his clients through very stressful situations to successful outcomes. He believes that his clients should be fully aware of the potential outcomes of their cases, and provides his clients with an honest and thorough evaluation.

Background and Experience
Prior to establishing the firm with his father, Attorney Regan worked from 2007-2012 for the Lansdale Law Firm of Rubin, Glickman, Steinberg and Gifford, and from 2005-2007 as an Assistant District Attorney for Montgomery County.
As an Assistant District Attorney, Kevin was cross-designated as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in the Safe Streets Program, which allowed him to prosecute firearms cases in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Court of Common Pleas.
He served in both the Narcotics and Firearms units, and prosecuted hundreds of cases from preliminary hearing to trial, including:
